Nambucca Heads holiday beach house in elevated position with ocean views to the north and south. Very private. You can't see any neighbours; just ocean and trees. A mere five minute walk to a choice of multiple beaches or the town centre. Dog and cat friendly with huge fenced backyard in a sunny position. Three good bedrooms sleep 6 people in comfort. A great holiday house for kids and pets.

Kitchen includes huge fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and stovetop. Four burner BBQ on deck. Ocean views from front entry deck, main living, main bedroom, and deck. Separate rumpus room downstairs with it's own front and rear entry, a bedroom with TV, sofa beds for kids and nearby second bathroom. Laundry and undercover garage.
